TurboUPI Terms and Conditions

Welcome to TurboUPI. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TurboUPI website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By registering for, accessing, or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.

1. Eligibility and Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use TurboUPI.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and onboarding.

  • TurboUPI reserves the right to accept or reject your registration at its sole discretion.

2. User Obligations

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You agree to use TurboUPI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • You must promptly provide any information or documents (including KYC documents) requested by TurboUPI or regulatory authorities for verification or compliance purposes.

  • You must immediately notify TurboUPI if any information you have provided becomes inaccurate or if your status changes (for example, if you become a Politically Exposed Person).

3. Services and Restrictions

  • TurboUPI provides payment and financial technology services as described on the Platform.

  • You may not resell, assign, or permit any third party to use the services provided to you.

  • You must not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities, or for the sale or purchase of prohibited products or services.

  • TurboUPI may suspend or terminate services if you fail to comply with these Terms or if required by law or regulatory authorities.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Applicable fees for TurboUPI services will be communicated to you and may be updated from time to time.

  • Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes arising from your use of the Platform.

  • Invoices will be provided for services rendered. Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 10 days of issuance.

  • You are responsible for reconciling your transactions and reporting any discrepancies within 3 days of fund receipt.

5. Data Privacy and Security

  • Your personal and financial information will be collected, used, and shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • TurboUPI implements industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • You consent to TurboUPI sharing your information with service providers, regulatory authorities, or as otherwise required by law.

6. Third Party Products and Services

  • TurboUPI is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or after-sales service of products or services offered by third parties or merchants through the Platform.

  • Any disputes regarding third-party products or services must be resolved directly with the relevant party.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and technology on the Platform are the property of TurboUPI or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Platform except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

8. Suspension and Termination

  • TurboUPI may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or as required by law.

  • Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform. Any outstanding obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination will survive.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • TurboUPI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

  • TurboUPI’s total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

10. Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TurboUPI, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

  • TurboUPI may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.

  • Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City], India.
